Michael Sledge President and Chief Executive Officer
Robbins-Gioia President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Sledge is responsible for leading the company into an era of continued innovation and growth. Under Michael's direction, R-G launched its highly successful Corporate Performance Optimization (CPO) offering in 2011.
Michael has more than a quarter-century of comprehensive management experience specializing in optimizing the performance and visibility of enterprise initiatives. Working with senior executives, he has implemented business processes and systems supporting strategic planning, portfolio management, capital planning, and enterprise program management.
Most recently, Michael was R-G's president and chief operating officer—and before that, he was the company's president for civilian agencies and homeland security. Among his many accomplishments, Michael oversaw R-G's lead role in the modernization program for Customs and Border Protection and federalization of the airports for the newly formed Transportation Security Administration.
